As reported on 9-22-2023 an additional stretch film increase of 4% is set to take effect on orders placed on or after 10-16-2023. The I H S report has not verified this, but we should plan on this happening.

Over the last twelve months here are the price changes in prime LLDPE resin expressed in $/#.:
10-10-2022 (-$.04), 2-27-2023 (+$.03), 4-10-2023 (+$.03), 7-10-2023 (-.$.03), 9-25-2023 (+$.03), 10-16-2023 ($.03-$.05)

From what I can ascertain, United States resin companies are running at 60% capacity and half of our production is being exported. This has not created a healthy resin market for domestic extruders.
