We have delayed the implantation of this increase to orders placed on orafter 6-03-2024.

Here is the letter from 15 days ago:

LLDPE prime resin is up $.08 per pound over the last 12 months and $.05 for the calendar year but with the stretch film decrease I sent effective on 5-06; we are down and an average of $.02/ pound from this time last year.

There is a reason for it, we are in a competitive market, and we want to keep writing orders!

As soon as we lowered the price on 5-06, I H S report verified that primeresin is increasing $.03/ pound. Then all major stretch extruders put increaseletters out that same day.

So, on orders placed on or after 5-28-2024, we will go back to our4-08-2024 price levels, which are $.03 higher than today. If anything changes,I will let you know as soon as possible.
