Major resin companies have implemented a $.05 per pound price increase effective on July 1, 2024. As always, they are backing it up with another increase planned for the first of next month. Standard reasons are high demand both domestically and internationally,coupled with reduced supply caused by hurricane Beryl.

Stretch film extruders must buy branded resins to ensure consistent quality, because of this we are forced to raise prices 5% on orders placed on or after August 5, 2024.
